fam_col Hi, my name is Jay Jones and I am the founder of jmj_design. On this website you will find my portfolio, my blog (mainly design tips, articles and resources and other topics that come of interest), and my contact information. I am a freelance designer for hire specializing in print design, branding, and communication strategies. Other services provided, but not limited to, include logo and identity, packaging, tradeshow displays, and web design.
I currently work for Patton Medical Devices as their Publications Director. Prior to this position, I was the Senior Publications Specialist for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
I grew up in Port Arthur, Texas but have lived in Austin for about the past 20 years. I’m married and have a great kid, a couple of cool dogs, and a fish (they’re all girls, and remind me daily).
My design is classic and clean with respect for white-space and is well suited for a small-business or corporate aesthetic.
